From start to finish our Project Managers are construction people. We strive to ensure a cohesive approach to planning, problem solving and project lifecycles. Using our construction management near Bath minimises your exposure to risk and this is a big focus in what we do.

We implement and manage all the processes involved in construction. From the initial idea of a project through to its completion, handover and on-going running and maintenance of the building.

We offer our services to deliver a project on behalf of a client who wants a “hands off” approach. Alternatively we tailor them for a “hands on” developer client with their own in house surveying team.
