Canons Walk
Originally a semi-detached house with a large garden to the side and rear, we were approached by a developer looking to secure planning for a new property on the side garden. Working with the developer, we established plans to build two one-bedroom flats over two storeys, creating brand new living spaces and increasing the value of the property.
Once full planning permission had been secured, it was our role to work with contractors and monitor the ongoing construction works through to completion.
The flats were designed to marry in with the adjacent property, maintaining the same roofline and ensuring consistency of appearance internally. They were built to Robust Details and incorporated solar PV to reduce the property’s carbon footprint and improve sustainability.
Completed on time and to budget, it was great to see this project through to completion.
