Having been involved with the redevelopment of the Ebley Wharf area over many years, CMS Architects were appointed by Persimmon / Charles Church to carry out the detailed design of the house types, apartments and retail units, and to assist with the approval of planning conditions related to the site.

The development consists of around sixty 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and forty 3 and 4 bedroom terraced and semi-detached homes and is sited adjacent to the recently restored Stroudwater Canal.
