Maison François
Works involved a Ground Floor and Lower Ground fit-out at 32 Duke Street, St James, London, which provided a restaurant and kitchen with all associated customer and staff facilities. With a large open space and high ceilings, the room has created an energy synonymous with the finest brasseries of the world.
The design and ambiance take their roots from the traditional brasseries of Paris and Lyon, developed through world experiences and travels to create a contemporary concept and design. The brasserie’s interiors have created an environment for all occasions; an accessible and approachable space that evolves elegantly throughout the day.
