CMS Group acted as Project Architects, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyor for the management of the refurbishment of a prestigious Grade II listed premises. The works additionally included demolition, temporary works, new service infrastructure, construction of a subterranean garage, and preservation of a conserved stone wall.
CMS managed the entire process from RIBA stages 3-4 inclusive, fulfilling roles of Project Manager and Quantity Surveyors.
CMS referred to historic archives so that references could be built into the design, with all works needing to be in accordance with conservation approval.
Following extensive remodelling of the historic landscaped gardens, the design incorporated cutting edge technology to deliver a high specification home management systems, including passive energy and building management systems.
