Paul’s attention to detail and design acumen shines through in his broad project portfolio. With an ability to deliver great buildings in a safe pair of hands, he remains our most sought-after architect. His spare time is spent walking the dog, mountain biking and coaching youth football.

Kelly is responsible for marketing, quality management and office management at CMS. With a creative and methodical approach, she communicates what we do and keeps our website and social media channels up to date with our latest news.

Kelly is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider, yoga teacher, and keen runner.

With particular interest and experience in heritage-based architecture, she brings her exciting design ideas and methodical job running skills to a wide-ranging portfolio of clients and projects.

His ability to apply a deep understanding and innate detailing approach on all project types gives the level of assurance and quality of service that underpins our company’s reputation. A dedicated twitcher and bass guitarist, he fills his spare time watching birds and plucking strings.

Leighton is currently working towards his Part III accreditation to become a Chartered Architect. Following completion of his Part II Masters degree in 2016, he has gained over 5 years' experience working on private residential projects of all sizes, successfully taking projects through from RIBA Stages 1-5.

Leighton is currently working towards his Part III accreditation to become a Chartered Architect. Following completion of his Part II Masters degree in 2016, he has gained over 5 years' experience working on private residential projects of all sizes, successfully taking projects through from RIBA Stages 1-5. Away from the office, Leighton enjoys down time with his family, camping and paddle boarding around the north Devonshire coastline.

Having joined us whilst undertaking a Level 7 architectural apprenticeship at UWE, Tyler recently completed his Part II and is now working towards Part III accreditation.

Having joined us whilst undertaking a Level 7 architectural apprenticeship at UWE, Tyler recently completed his Part II and is now working towards Part III accreditation. He is on his way to becoming a talented Chartered Architect, running often difficult and challenging projects with exuberant positivity and an increasing level of skill and expertise. He also adopts this approach in his goalkeeping and love of cars.
