Today we joined the team at Wadswick Green for the very exciting Ground Breaking Ceremony for the second phase of the retirement village. The new phase will consist of 45 additional new apartments that will allow more people to enjoy the comfort and luxury Wadswick Green has to offer.

The afternoon saw both residents and prospective customers join the Developers, Construction and Design teams over tea and cake to celebrate the new additions to the village. Ruth Hopkinson, chair of Corsham Town Council also arrived to join in the occasion.

Wadswick Green is built on the site of the former MOD Naval College, HMS Royal Arthur Park. Along with the assisted living facilities being developed, the care village incorporates a wellness suite/spa, restaurant, library, retail shops and comprehensive care facilities. The second phase will introduce new 1, 2 and 3 bedroom high quality apartments that come with beautiful woodland or valley views.

The ground breaking ceremony was a great chance for everyone to come together in a project that CMS is honoured to continue working with. We are very excited about the next phase of work at Wadswick Green, working alongside Rangeford and Rydon to deliver high quality work that we can all be proud of.
